  • Exceptional Chemical Corrosion Resistance:

  • Resistant to chloride ion concentrations up to 800,000 ppm.

  • Resistant to fluoride ion concentrations up to 200,000 ppm .

  • High-Temperature Resistance: Can withstand medium temperatures up to 150°C .

  • Lightweight: The density of NPT silicon carbide ceramic cast components is 2.4–2.6 g/cm3, only about one-third the density of typical steel materials (7.8–8.0 g/cm3) used in the market .

  • Smooth Product Surface:

  • The flow channels of NPT silicon carbide ceramic cast impellers and pump casings are smooth, reducing frictional resistance and minimizing mechanical wear on components, thereby extending service life .
