Product Features

■ The rated performance points and installation dimensions meet ISO2858 (GB5662), and the technical conditions comply with GB/T5656 (equivalent to ISO5199).

■ Reinforced heavy-duty shaft, bearing load capacity increased by an average of 75-160% compared to IH and CZ types, leading to significantly extended bearing life.

■ Reliable connection between the impeller and the shaft, easy disassembly of the impeller, eliminating the risk of impeller nut loosening; the seal between the shaft and

the impeller is reliable, preventing corrosion of the shaft.

■ Medium conveying temperature can reach 250°C, suitable for transporting molten sulfur, polymers, or high-temperature media.

■ Non-contact oil seal design for more reliable operation, completely solving the oil leakage problem in the bearing housing.

■ Improved flushing, cooling, and lubrication conditions for the mechanical seal, preventing the accumulation of solid particles and gases on the sealing surface, eliminating the need to adjust the axial compression of the mechanical seal, effectively extending the service life of the mechanical seal and reducing the temperature rise of the bearings.


Product Structure

■ Singlestage singlesuction horizontal centrifugal pump structure, the pump cover is fixed and clamped in the middle through the connection of the pump body and the

bearing box body, with the pump cover positioned by a stop ring and the bearing box.

■ The pump body adopts axial suction, radial discharge, and foot support type, which can be directly fixed on the base. The tail of the bearing box body is supported on

the base by a suspension bracket.

■ The impeller has closed (HZ type) and open (HZQ type) structures, using back blades and a throat ring to balance axial forces.

■ The impeller and shaft are connected by a key, employing a special locking method for the impeller nut, which prevents the impeller nut from loosening due to backflow of the medium when the pump is running or stopped.

■ The flushing and cooling interfaces of the pump body, pump cover, bearing box, and seal end cover all use tapered pipe threads, increasing the reliability of pipeline

sealing. Rolling bearings with oil lubrication are selected, and the oil pool volume is increased.

■ The structural design of the pump features a rear-opening door, allowing for maintenance without moving the pump inlet and outlet pipes (i.e., the pump body remains stationary), enabling easy removal of the impeller,

shaft, shaft seal, and bearing components.

■ The large conical cavity of the shaft sealing box allows the mechanical seal to be located in a spacious cavity while also cooperating with the back blades and the flow

guiding blades on the inner wall of the cavity, creating a self-flushing flow field within the shaft sealing box, thus eliminating the need for external flushing liquid. This achieves selfflushing and quickly dissipates the heat generated

on the friction surfaces, preventing the accumulation of solid particles (<5%) in the medium on the contact surfaces of the rotating ring and stationary ring, reducing wear

and extending the lifespan of the mechanical seal.
