Product Features

■ Advanced technologies in weld shaft and thermal compensation effectively reduce investment costs.

■ Slow rotation speed and low linear velocity designs result in minimal damage to crystals.

■ Suspension installation solves thermal expansion stress compensation, eliminating the need for pump foundations and expansion joints in the pipeline.

■ Low vibration and noise, leading to stable operation and energy efficiency.


Product Structure

■ The pump body adopts a bent pipe structure, either welded or pressed as a whole, meeting various working conditions.

■ The pump impeller features cantilever support, a spherical hub, and adjustable impeller blades.

■ The pump shaft uses butt welding technology, with suitable materials for areas in contact or potentially in contact with the medium.

■ Mechanical seals and packing seals are interchangeable, requiring only a few replacement parts.

■ The mechanical seal adopts a cartridge structure, making installation and disassembly convenient, with reliable operation.

■ The cylindrical support holds the rotor components, with an enlarged oil storage chamber in the bracket, featuring a prominent oil level observation window and a constant oil level oiler, extending lubrication maintenance intervals and prolonging bearing life.

■ The pump can be driven by a narrow Vbelt (15N or 25N type), gear transmission, or direct coupling with the prime mover. The pump is mounted in a suspended manner (E installation type), and for motors with power ≥ 200kW, a universal joint drive is used.The schematic diagram of the pump structure is as follows (suspended installation structure).
