Application Scope
This pump type is used to transport various liquids such as acid, alkali, salt, polluting liquid, emulsion, etc. with suspended particles in the medium. The medium temperature is -20℃--+100℃, and it is widely used in chemical, electric power, petroleum, mining, cement and other industries
Product Features
■ A new type of vertical submerged centrifugal chemical pump designed according to JB/T8096-1998 standard.
■ Double support cantilever structure, enhancing the reliability and stability of the pump operation.
■ Optimized hydraulic model design, strong adaptability to working conditions.
■ The pump installation depth has various standard specifications; for depths greater than 1.5m, an extended suction short pipe can be added.
■ For heavily worn media, designed with low rotation speed and low linear velocity, the pump has strong wear resistance.
■ Different wear-resistant materials can be selected according to different working conditions.
Product Structure
■ Single pump shell structure, pump body connected to the pipe, pipe connected to the bearing seat, bearing seat connected to the base.
■ The bearing component is cylindrical in structure, using rolling bearings.
■ Sealing method is a throttling ring seal, without the need for external flushing water.
■ The ZLJ type has a stirring wheel at the front end of the impeller to alleviate liquid sedimentation.
■ Transmission method: direct connection between motor and pump (DC), variable frequency drive (BP).

The flow components are selected according to the conveying medium: 1C18Ni9, 0C18Ni12Mn2Ti, 0Cr18Ni9, 316, 316L, Cr30, etc. Other materials can also be selected according to the user's special working conditions.
