■The axial flow polyolefin loop reactor pump utilizes a seamlessly forged high-pressure elbow casing for circulating slurry-like media within the reactor. It offers advantages such as effective heat transfer, large capacity, high-temperature resistance, high-pressure resistance, and medium-to-high-speed operation .

■This high-pressure axial flow polyolefin loop reactor pump is specifically designed for the cyclic transportation of polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) slurry media, as well as other flammable and explosive substances .

Product Structure

■The highpressure seamless forged elbow casing is designed and tested in accordance with API standards and the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code .

■Multiple mechanical seals are standard for highpressure and hazardous duty in loop reactor axial flow pumps, providing enhanced safety and reliability compared to other designs .

■The pump's sealing arrangement and support system comply with API plans (such as Plan 32/53C/52), ensuring adequate lubrication and cooling ofthe seal faces for proper operation .
