Product Features

Product Structure
■ Single pump casing structure, the pump body is connected to the connecting pipe, the connecting pipe is connected to the bearing seat, and the bearing seat is connected
to the base plate.
■ The bearing component is cylindrical in structure, using rolling bearings.
■ The sealing method is a throttle ring sealing method, with no need for external flushing water.
■ Drive method: direct connection of motor to pump (DC), variable frequency drive (BP).
The structural schematic is as follows:
■ Flow components are selected based on the conveyed medium: Cr26 wear-resistant material, or Cr30, CD4MCu wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, as well as other general wear-resistant materials such as HT200, Z-1#, C-15, ZG40Mn2.
■ Water outlet pipe, base, and other components: Q235-A.
