Product Features

■ Designed specifically for the characteristics of flue gas desulfurization projects in thermal power plants, suitable for flue gas desulfurization processes for units of 1000MW and below.

■ The hydraulic model is optimized through CFD design, providing excellent cavitation resistance.

■ A mechanical seal device specially designed for the flue gas desulfurization process, featuring unique reliability and applicability.

■ The pump rotor components can adjust the impeller position in the pump chamber through the rear bearing box, providing a convenient means to restore pump

performance after mild wear.

■ Axial adjustment structure design allows for maintaining the gap between the impeller and the front cover plate, facilitating high-efficiency operation.

■ Developed for the FGD process, wear-resistant and corrosion resistant duplex stainless white iron that combines the advantages of duplex stainless

steel and alloy white cast iron.


Product Structure

■ The pump is an all-metal structure, not using rubber lining or other polymer materials.

■ The pump body is made of 2605N or 2205 duplex stainless steel, which has excellent resistance to chloride ions and sulfate ions, making it the preferred material for

desulfurization pumps.

■ The pump features a front and rear opening structure, allowing for disassembly of the impeller, mechanical seal, and other components without the need to disassemble

the inlet and outlet pipelines.

■ The mechanical seal is a single-end face integrated design, allowing users to choose between internal flushing and external flushing.

■ The bearing components use a suspended, rear-pull structure, with the pump drive employing direct coupling or a reducer for speed transmission.

■ The flow components are selected based on the conveying medium: 2605N or 2205 duplex stainless steel, as well as Cr30 wear-resistant and

corrosion-resistant materials specially developed for FGD device absorption towers.
