Product Structure

■ Horizontal middle-opening bracket, double-layer pump shell structure

■ The outer shell structure is vertical middle-opening, with the outlet position that can be rotated and installed in 8 different positions at 45° intervals

■ Horizontal installation, high bearing capacity

■ Casing, guard plate, etc. are lined internally, while the pump body and pump cover serve as external supports

■ GB standard flange, inlet 1.6MPa, outlet 2.5Mpa; bearing lubrication uses ISO Vg68

■ Shaft sealing methods include vice impeller sealing, packing sealing, mechanical sealing, etc.

■ Transmission modes: direct coupling (DC), belt drive (CR, CL, ZV, CV), variable frequency drive (BP), hydraulic coupling drive (HC)

■ The flow components are selected based on the conveying medium: Cr26 wear-resistant material, or Cr30, CD4MCu wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, as well as other materials with general wear-resistant properties.
