■ Complies with API610 10th and 11th standards, characterized by high reliability, high safety, and long service life.
■ The shaft is thickened, with a shaft system stability coefficient (L3/D4) ranging from 9.3 to 83, ensuring good stability; the runout at the mechanical seal is small,
with shaft jump ≤ 0.05mm.
■ The impeller is a precision casting, with dynamic balance reaching G2.5 level; it has a high degree of generalization and standardization, allowing the support, base,
and impeller to be interchangeable, except for the pump casing which varies in thickness due to pressure.
■ The shaft seal system complies with API682 2nd standard, and can be configured with various sealing and flushing options, offering a wide range of applications.
■ A patented design for a noncontact oil seal (Patent No: ZL 2015 2 1119775.7) which does not produce sparks, prevents water vapor from entering the oil chamber,
has a long service life, and the oil seal is highly reliable.
■ Intelligent measurement and control devices and remote monitoring capabilities can be provided, including monitoring of pump unit vibration, bearing temperature rise, pump inlet and outlet pressure, flow, and drive end load.
Product Structure
■ Singlestage cantilever chemical process pump, horizontal center support; bearings use thin oil lubrication, with an outlet diameter ≥ 80mm, the pump body adopts
a dual volute structure.
■ The pump cover is equipped with cooling and heating circulation jacket.
■ The sealing cavity dimensions comply with the API 682 standard, providing enough space for installing in-series and double-end mechanical seals, which facilitates maintenance.
■ The bearing oil tank is equipped with water cooling, air cooling, and low-temperature heaters.
■ The pump's structural design is of the rearopening type, allowing for the removal of the impeller, shaft, shaft seal, and bearing components without moving the
pump's inlet and outlet piping (i.e., the pump body remains stationary), making disassembly convenient.
■ Standard deep groove ball bearings & ball thrust bearing combination, large axial forces employ a combination of deep groove ball bearings & tapered roller bearings.
■ Pump and bearing cooling can be configured with external fan cooling or water cooling, providing additional safety for the pump operating temperature exceeding 260℃.
