More than 30 representatives from engineering design institutes, user units and product development partners, as well as several experts from Zhejiang University, Southwest Jiaotong University, Xihua University, Luzhou Vocational and Technical College and a third-party evaluation company, attended the above-mentioned meetings respectively. Yang Hongchun, Director of Zigong Science and Technology Bureau, and Gong Xinrong, General Manager of Yunji Company, were invited to attend the meeting and jointly inspect the unit operation site.

It is understood that the single-drive hydraulic turbine unit is a key new product development project of our company during the "12th Five-Year Plan" period, and also a scientific and technological project approved by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology and a provincial major technical equipment innovation and development project. The hydraulic turbine unit is an energy recovery device that converts surplus pressure energy in industrial production into mechanical energy or electrical energy. At present, most of the devices used in the domestic chemical industry are imported dual-drive devices. However, the single-drive device is significantly superior to the dual-drive product in terms of energy recovery efficiency, stability and reliability, and investment cost, and has become a development trend to replace the latter. Through the cooperation between our company and Sichuan Meiqing Company, relying on the transformation of its 200,000-ton/year synthetic ammonia plant, after nearly four years of hard work and overcoming numerous difficulties, phased results have finally been achieved. According to the unit operation data provided by Meiqing Company, the turbine recovery efficiency is higher than 75%, which can recover about 3 million kWh of electricity a year and save more than 1.3 million yuan in electricity costs annually. The development, promotion and application of the single-drive hydraulic turbine energy recovery device have a good industrialization prospect in terms of the company's product development direction and market demand.

At this meeting, representatives from engineering design institutes and synthetic ammonia enterprises showed great interest and desire in promoting and applying the company's new products. The evaluation experts also spoke highly of this achievement and put forward good suggestions on accelerating market development. The meeting achieved a complete success.
