Outdoor Development Training of Youhua Technology Group with the Theme "Forge the Team and Challenge Oneself"

On May 13, 2017, under the scorching heat of 34°C, an outdoor development training themed "Forge the Team and Challenge Oneself" was carried out as scheduled, jointly organized by the Group's Communist Youth League Committee and the Group's Human Resources Department.

At 8 a.m., young employees participating in the training began to arrive one after another at the assembly point - the Fountain Square of Huashang International City. By 8:30 a.m., all participants had gathered and set off on time for the training venue.

Bathed in the gentle morning sun, the group arrived at the training venue amid laughter all the way.

Before the official training started, a 10-minute military training session quickly brought everyone into a rigorous state. Everyone immediately put aside their previous casualness and slackness and integrated into the team rapidly.

Shortly after, an ice-breaking internal training session delivered the core ideas and objectives of the day's entire training to every participant. It also quickly broke down the barriers between each other and helped establish a team mindset in no time. Thoughts such as how to position oneself in the team, how to set team goals, how to accomplish tasks beyond expectations, how to develop new innovative thinking, and how to tap into the team's maximum potential gradually took root in the hearts of all participants. With these questions in mind, everyone started the official development training.

Time flew by, and it was soon approaching noon. The temperature rose gradually and soon reached 34°C. However, the newly started development training filled everyone with passion; they devoted themselves wholeheartedly to the training and were not at all aware of the changes in the surrounding environment. When the first training session (Crossing the "Power Grid") ended, it was already past 2 p.m. The sweltering weather and hunger were completely forgotten by everyone, as all their attention was focused on helping the team complete the task successfully.

After only one hour of lunch break (including meal time), under the increasingly scorching sun, our young challengers started the more difficult and challenging development projects in the afternoon. After the completion of each project, during the sharing session, everyone also earnestly felt, reflected on and shared their experiences with great dedication.

At 6 p.m., amid difficulties such as persistent high temperatures, hunger and exhausted physical strength, the team was faced with the ultimate challenge: the "Graduation Wall". It was a 4.1-meter-high wall with no auxiliary rock-climbing equipment, and all team members had to climb over it within 20 minutes. Nevertheless, this seemingly impossible task was miraculously accomplished by our team - a team with dreams and fighting spirit - in just 18 minutes, through ways of people supporting people, pulling people up and lifting people up. When some volunteers stepped forward to act as "human piers", when some took the initiative to reach out their hands to pull others up, and when everyone stretched out their hands to protect others, all difficult challenges no longer seemed tough, and all the "impossibilities" in normal times became so simple. During the process of completing the challenge, everyone sweated profusely, and some even shed tears of emotion.

After the physical training during the day, a psychological growth training session in the evening elevated this extraordinary day. From not knowing each other in the morning to hugging each other affectionately and shedding tears at the end of the day, everyone thanked one another for the company, mutual help and the true sense of team spirit they had shared throughout the day.

At 9:30 p.m., the one-day development training finally came to a successful conclusion. Throughout the day, no one proposed to quit because of the hot weather, no one gave up due to hunger, and no one shied away from challenging projects out of fear or a sense of limited ability. What existed was only the passion to face challenges, the self-sacrifice for the team to complete tasks, and the determination to persist until the end no matter how hard it was.

This one-day training let us know that we are a fearless team. As long as we work together with one heart, there is no challenge that we cannot overcome. In future work, everyone will carry this spirit to inspire people around them, so that all colleagues of Youhua can work together to overcome difficulties and scale new heights one after another. Finally, let us all remember our slogan: "Youhua Technology, We Are the Best!"
